Located in the heart of downtown heritage Perth, Ontario, Bistro54 is an authentic Italian bistro inspired by a "Mamas Cucina" style cooking. Housed within the walls of a charming stone building circa 1858, Bistro54 is owned and operated by its original husband and wife team since 2005. Here, pasta is handmade daily, and sauces are made from whole, non-processed ingredients.
